The yearbook cover features Ron Simmons, Sting, Ricky Steamboat, Rick Rude, Vader, Missy Hyatt, Madusa, Erik Watts, Johnny B. Badd and Barry Windham. The two sheets carry an AWG "American Wrestling Gong" border and picture eighteen WWF and WWE names across two eras, from Buddy Rogers and Bruno Sammartino through The Rock, Triple H and Kurt Angle; they are a separate product from the magazine's own inserts.
